Looking For A Go-To Babysitter For Our Toddlers

We are looking for someone to engage with our 3-year-old twins and provide household support to mom. We do have older daughters (9 and 13) and an infant son as well the household is lively! We are looking for someone that can get to know our family and routines and participate/carry them out as needs arise. Your main responsibility would be to engage with and attend to our 3-year-old twins, generally in the evenings for a date night and/or on weekends/busy weekday workdays. We appreciate conscientiousness, reliability and a helpful disposition; we are looking for someone sturdy who can hold their own and keep composure during tantrums.
