We are looking primarily for after hours care to cover overlapping early mornings and evenings. Rotating schedule. Both parents work 12-13 hour days with overlap in the mornings and evenings. Typically care is needed two-three days a week from 0430-0600 and 1630-1830. This schedule rotates every few months. And is applicable M-F. The hours would roughly equate to 3-4 hours a day for approximately 8-12 hours a week. Morning hours would primarily consist of being in the home while baby sleeps- dad typically departs for work at 0430-1800, mom is released from work around 0600 (1730-0600). Evening hours may occasionally require day-care pickup (base access required). Pay is negotiate given unconventional working schedule.
