My son is very active. He is high energy and needs someone comfortable holding to boundaries around how he uses his time. Ideal day is allowing him to sleep until he wakes up but no later than 10 a.m. Breakfast then a morning walk for 10-20 minutes. Then some kind of non-screen activity like board game, LEGOs, or anything from a list I have for about 1 hour. Then he is free to spend time with any of his neighborhood friends. He also likes going to the local skatepark and will often spend 2-3 hours. You will need to drive him. He enjoys flying his drone or scooter or bike ride or going to a local park for play with friends or making new friends. He can play with Switch up to 2 hours per day between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Dinner by 6 p.m. then any non-device activity which can include a movie. Bed by 9:30 p.m.
