A Fun Outgoing Family Looking For Someone Long Term To Care For Our 2.5 Year Old When Needed.

Looking for a long term person who can fill in for my mom when needed. She cares for my daughter while I work but ultimately she needs to have her own life as well. She takes trips, she has appointments etc.... We want someone to be able to step in when needed. We are a loud and fun family! My daughter is 2. 5 and super smart, loving and adventurous. My daughter is super shy and quiet at first and it will take a while before she is comfortable being alone with anyone she does not know. Once she warms up, she is a different child lol meaning you will get her fun, silly loud self! Once we choose someone, we will ultimately just have you come around a lot so she can get used to you (these visits will be paid of course). Hoping to find someone to just be apart of the family! Also, there is no set day or time. This is as needed.
