Mother's Helper /Caregiver Position For 3 Kids In Jupiter 2-3 Hours Daily With More Hours Available

We are a busy family with three kids ages 8, 6 and 2. Our eldest daughter has special needs and requires a greater level of supervision and support than a typical child her age. Our nanny is moving from the area and we are looking to fill a position as our needs evolve. I would love to have someone that can come for couple hours around dinner time, help clean up and tidy up while also being around the kids. Ideally it would be someone that is available approximately 5-7 p.m. through the week and is open to picking up hours when we need exclusively childcare which may be during the week or on the weekends. The children are all in school so the hours a will be the second half of the day. We are flexible and willing to make accommodations for the right person and hope to have someone with us long term as our needs change. Experience with special needs community.
