Mother's Helper Needed

About the job

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and reliable person to help manage our family. We are a busy family of six with 4 wonderful children spanning ages 3-11. While the job involves helping with 4 children, one parent is often home or actively managing drop-offs/pick-ups, meaning you will be independently caring for 1 or 2 kids. Key responsibilities will include: * Engaging the children in fun, age-appropriate activities and play. * Assisting with homework for the older children. * Helping with bedtime prep *General clean up and tidying What We're Looking For * Previous experience caring for multiple children, ideally across a wide age range. * A caring, patient, and proactive approach. * Excellent communication skills and reliability. *Special Needs Experience
