Seeking care for two sweet girls ages 5 and 5 weeks old. The ideal candidate would be highly organized, independent, and able to work 12 hours shifts. This position is a hybrid position as it would be half house management tasks and half childcare. Our family already has a nanny so ability to work well with a team is desired. This is a career nannying position with great long term potential for the right candidate. We are looking for a candidate who is good at maintaining a firm, but loving discipline style that prioritizes the children feeling seen and heard.
