Hi my name is Sarah . I am 26 years old and utilize a motorized wheelchair for mobility purposes. I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of 2, however I refuse to let my disability define who I am. I graduated with my degree from UNF with a minor in disability studies. My hobbies include painting, drawing and hanging out with friends. I would need assistance with dressing, bathing, tolieting, and transportation to outings in my accessible van. I am looking for someone to fill a M-F morning position from 10am-3pm, as well as a backup position for these same hours. I am also seeking to find a backup person for the evening hours from 6pm-11 p.m. Rate would be 19 an hour. Requirement to lift 90 pounds, as I am very light for my age. Start date is October 6 with flexibility.
