Newborn Nanny Needed Early 2026

A little About Us: We are a warm, professional family expecting our first child in November 2025. We need a nanny when our little one will be about 3-4 months old - around Feb/March 2026. I am a resident physician at UF Health, and my wife is an engineer who works from home when not traveling for work. We have one small dog in the household as well. We value a loving, respectful, and developmentally supportive environment for our child. We are inspired by Montessori principles and would love a nanny who is familiar with or open to learning about this approach. Ideally looking for a live-out caregiver available Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (flexible on timing to some extent). Prefer some experience caring for infants in a nanny or daycare setting.
