Part Time Afternoon - Mothers Helper/House Mgr/Nanny

looking for a experienced self starter long term part time assistant house mgr./mothers' helper. family laundry, meal prep, tidying floor/counter/dishes after meals, bath-time, small local errands (groceries, returns, etc), seasonal closet organizing, packing/unpacking after trips. safe transportation & license required for occasional kid pickup. Ideally loves organization, arts & crafts, cooking, playing outside, etc. Our kids are 3, 5, and 7 and in school until about 5/5:30 daily. Looking for someone min 15 hours a week plus babysitting and longer when kids out of school or work travel. Very important that this person is a "fit" in our home as we are a happy and loving family that treats caregivers as an extension of our family (chatting, birthdays, positive vibes). Ideally someone who has had this hybrid role before!!
