Seeking A Long-term Nanny To Join Our Family Mid-August

Looking for a full-time nanny to replace our nanny of 4. 5 years beginning mid-August 2024. We have three boys (4. 5, 2. 5 and 3 weeks old). The older two boys will be at preschool Tues, Weds and Thurs, 9-2 (both nap after school until 3/3:30). We will need someone to be available 8:30-5:30 Mon-Fri (30-40 hrs/week) be open to doing light housekeeping, have their own car, and be comfortable driving the kids to activities. We're looking for someone who can commit to being with our family long-term (2+ years would be ideal) enjoys being active, going on outings, likes crafts, has experience with infants, and is comfortable with pets (we have one small goldendoodle). My husband and I both work from home, so we'd love a nanny who can be flexible with hours, with occasional evening care and overnight care when we're traveling.
