Sitter/Nanny Needed For 1 Year 7 Month Old

Hello! I am looking for someone to care for my daughter. I work from home, so most of the time I will be upstairs in my office. I may leave from time to time to run errands. I travel for work as well and so does my husband, so the schedule may vary. But, I am mostly home based. We are also looking for someone to be comfortable enough to remain a babysitter when needed so we can spend time together. I am looking for someone to start educating her, learning letters, numbers, etc as well as help potty train. I recently came out of a bad experience with someone, so hourly wage and hours are negotiable. You must also have reliable transportation. You must also be comfortable around dogs, we have a Cane Corso, which is a very large breed. He's currently a puppy but will get pretty big in the next few months (100-130 pounds).
