He is nonverbal, able to walk and play, and follows simple instructions, but he needs extra assistance with daily activities and close supervision. I’m looking for someone who has experience working with children with developmental or communication challenges, is comfortable helping with routines, and can create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for him. Someone who is attentive, gentle, and confident in understanding nonverbal communication would be ideal.
