NCS/Overnight Newborn Care Needed For 1 Child In Hollywood, FL.

We are looking for an NCS for our incoming newborn. We would prefer a caregiver who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is infant CPR certified. We are looking for help that will create an environment for our newborn that is safe and consistent but allows us to sleep and keep our son (who will be 18 months) in a stable sleep environment as well. This is a definite through 12 weeks but I may extend beyond that. It could turn in to further caregiving help over time during the day or weekends, but the only focus for us at this time is finding good overnight care.
