We're a loving, screen-free family in Miramar seeking a caring, experienced nanny for our 2-year-old and 3-month-old. We need someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with young children, supports development, and can balance the needs of two little ones. Schedule: Mon-Thurs (Monday guaranteed; Tues-Thurs vary based on freelance jobs). Hours: 6:30am-4 p.m. Occasional date nights, if available. Home: Screen-free, hands-on, no texting/phone use while caring for the kids. Responsibilities: Kid-focused care, developmental play, motor-skill practice, warm/serve prepared meals and bottles, tidy after kids, create a safe, upbeat environment. Requirements: Experience with multiple children (beyond family), energetic, reliable, dog-friendly, playful, and has reliable transportation.
