Long-Term Nanny For Infant (Part-Time Now, Full-Time Soon)

My wife and I are seeking a reliable, caring, and long-term nanny for our son. He is almost 5 months old and is a truly wonderful baby-playful, expressive, and starting to engage more with the world around him. We are beginning with part-time hours (approximately 4 hours per day) while my wife is still at home. She plans to return to part-time work within the next 3-6 months, at which point we will need additional support. Once she returns to work, we will need childcare for 8-9 hours on the 2-3 days she is working, with 4-hour days on the remaining days. In the near future, this will be close to full-time weekly hours. These next few months will be a transition period to allow you and Bryson to get to know each other and establish a consistent routine. We look forward to meeting you.
