We are a caring, respectful family seeking a nurturing nanny to help care for our son, who is thriving with a supportive routine. He currently eats every 3 hours during the day, naps consistently, attends oral/physical therapy, and is beginning solids/baby-led weaning. We value patience, communication, and a warm, positive attitude. • Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care. • Follow feeding schedule • Support therapy recommendations • Maintain nap routines and bedtime prep • Track daily activities: feeds, diapers, naps, milestones. • Engage in age-appropriate play to support cognitive, motor, and language development. • Ensure a safe environment at all times. • Experience with infants and toddlers. • Experience with baby-led weaning or willing to learn. • Trustworthy, reliable, and communicates well.
