Temporary Nanny For 14-Month Old (+ Occasionally 3 Year Old)

We currently have a wonderful nanny, but she will be out of the country for December & January. We are looking for someone to help us care for our two boys. In December, we're looking for someone a few days/week to get to know the boys. In January, we are looking for someone for 3-4 days each week; by January, only the 14-month-old will be home. The days of the week and hours per day are flexible, but preferred hours are M, T, Th, F from 8AM-4 p.m. Our nanny works 1-2 days/week for a friend of ours, so if you're looking for full time, maybe we could connect you with them during this time too. Two members of our household are immunocompromised (including our baby), so we are asking for exposure consciousness, open communication, and honesty.
