We're looking for part-time or as-needed care for our almost 3-month-old little boy. His ideal day includes waking up around 7 a.m. , napping every two hours, and playing during his wake windows. He's currently learning to roll from tummy to back and starting to grasp objects, so having someone who can support his developmental milestones is very important to us. Mom and Dad both work from home, so we'll be nearby if needed.
