Looking For Nanny For Our Two Kiddos

Hello, my wife and I have a 2-year-old son and one baby girl on the way. We are looking for a nanny part time, Hours may change. We are wanting assistance with one of the kids so that one of us can take care of the other. There maybe sometimes where you'll have to take care of both but rarely. Just needing help so that we aren't bombarded with two kids at once. Either my wife or I will be home. We are looking for someone that is out going and doesn't mind getting dirty with dirt our son loves to be outside. We are also looking for someone that knows about newborns. It might also be two times a week you'll have to watch both kiddos due to my schedule might change but we would let you know ahead of time.
