Hi! I am hiring a baby sitter/nanny for my nephew My sister has her plate overflowing so I am taking on the hiring /scheduling and payment part of this! My nephew is just over 2 years old and is a ball of energy He needs someone who is able to be active with him, go out in the yard and run around, play engaging games, be able to facilitate him inquisitive and learning He doesn't have much of a routine or schedule And because of that he has small fits when something doesn't go right - we like to redirect his attention from whatever he is unhappy about rather than punishing Same goes with correction - a soft no and explanation why not is how we go about correcting We have a small poodle dog she is chill I am excited to meet you and hope that I can find a great fit for him Thank you for your consideration
