Were looking for a warm, playful nanny for our active 2-year-old. This is a part-time role. We pay for hours worked (not guaranteed weekly pay if care isnt provided) we begin with a paid 2-week trial so our family & caregiver can be sure its the right fit. Responsibilities: -Provide independent care (comfortable leading without parent intervention) -Gentle positive discipline only redirection and calm guidance (no harsh tone, yelling or dismissive language) -No screen time: create a structured day with interactive learning and play -Keep our child engaged with active play and developmental activities -Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks. -Complete child-related household tasks -Assist with 1-2 light family household tasks per shift -Must be able to keep up with an active toddler outdoors -Reliable transportation (personal vehicle)
