Nanny Needed - Help SAHM With Toddler + Newborn Twins

I am a SAHM with a toddler and I am currently pregnant with twins. Our toddler will be 2. 5 when the babies come. I am looking for a nanny to help me tag team the 3 kids. I expect that in the early days it will be mostly me with the twins, so I will need our nanny to entertain the toddler and take him on outings. However I would also like several opportunities a week to spend one-on-one time with toddler, so I would need someone also experienced with twin newborns. As the twins get older I see us all doing things together. Nanny wont have all 3 at once ever. Twins will be born around end of July but would want nanny to start with toddler in early May. Would ideally love someone with an ECE background; Need someone who is patient, vibrant, flexible, engaged, someone who takes initiative with planning activities/outings.
