Need someone to watch my son from the house while my wife works remotely in room in Davenport Fl, . You should be compassionate, caring, nurturing, loving and have patience!!!! My son is 5 years old and non verbal and is not potty trained. We need someone who knows what they are doing and will not be glued to their phone 24/7. If you get s out about changing pampers or don't want to change pampers this job is not for you. I don't want to have to wait for my wife to come out on her break to change his pamper. This is why we require someone who knows how to handle children and isn't afraid to say no or reprimand him when needed. My son is autistic but is really smart and will tell you what he wants most time. Don't let him fool you though, because he will take you to the kitchen every 20 minutes or so for a snack. :) Every thing he eats should be in moderation. This job entails light house keeping duty making sure house is clean and preparing meals for breakfast and lunch for my son.
