Im looking for a reliable, patient, and nurturing babysitter to care for my children in my home. The schedule is mainly during school hours for my two youngest (around 4 to 5 hours a day), with occasional care for my older children until about 5 p.m. depending on my workday. My kids are sweet, energetic, and each has their own personality. Structure and consistency matter in our home, and Im looking for someone who is calm, attentive, and communicates well. Light activities, simple snacks, and keeping them engaged (not just on screens) is important to me. I prefer someone who is comfortable with a busy household, understands children with different learning and emotional needs, and can help create a safe, comforting environment while Im working.
