Part-time Nanny For 1.5 Yr Old

I am a WHF parent but looking to have a little extra help with my 1. 5 yr old, throughout my workday so he is getting all the attention, quality time, & enrichment, and I can be a little bit more productive a couple days a week. I am looking for someone who is great with little ones and will keep my son entertained & work on social skills & learning while I work. Our son has a dairy allergy and eczema and will sometimes need lotion/creams applied throughout the day to help. We are also actively working on speech therapy once a week to help with getting him to speak. He is a sweet little foodie with a love for running, Bluey, & fresh blueberries! We do have4-year-old tortoiseshell cat. She is very docile with our son and generally friendly and shy.
