Responsibilities include meal preparation for the children and maintaining a clean environment. With me working from home and homeschooling, flexibility and creativity are essential. You'll be the go-to person for creative play ideas that cater to different interests and ensure all children feel included and respected. Long-term commitment is preferred, as is the availability to assist during work hours. Travel opportunities may arise but are not mandatory.
