Looking for help while my husband works from home M-F typically from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. On days when he travels, I will need help for the full day from 7:30-5. Possibly may need overnight help in the future on very occasional circumstances. Our baby is 3 months old so she needs someone kind, nurturing, and has experience with infants. Were trying to keep her on a wake, change, feed, play, nap schedule so someone who can interact with a baby, helping them hit milestones and read her books would be ideal. She loves to be outside so someone who can take her on walks would be preferred as well. We have a black lab who is excellent with people but would need to be let out to use the restroom during the day.
