I am a first time mom going back to work soon looking for a nanny for my 3-month-old baby. I am a nurse so my schedule varies and I have it like 6 weeks in advance. I am looking for someone that is flexible and willing to work anywhere from 8-30 hours a week based on my schedule. Position would be during the week with the potential for possible weekend shift here and there.
