I have three children. I need someone over night for 12 hours while I work. My son is 9 and he is autistic and completely nonverbal but a great kid and pretty low maintenance. One of my daughters is 3 years old and she is also nonverbal. My other daughter was just born on the 6th of May so she needs to be fed every 3 to 4 hours and someone who has experience with infants needs to be with her. I have to be at work by 7:00 and they go to bed by 7:30 /8:00 so the two older ones would only really be awake for about an hour tops.
