Experienced Nanny Needed For 2 Kids In Boca

We are looking for a nanny who is available for about 25 hours per week. We have a 2-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. My daughter is in summer camp/school until 2:20 and my son is in school until noon. Need availability at noon until 8 p.m. I am really looking for someone that will become part of our family and grow with us long term. We have a wonderful relationship with our previous nanny and we are hoping to find that again. Please keep in mind we are looking for a nanny not a babysitter. I need someone who will be an extention of me and work with me as a team. Some responsibilties would include packing lunches, making dinner for kids, bath time, getting kids ready for bed, wash kids clothes, keep toys organized, and help with milestones.
