Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Hockessin

Hi, we are a family with 3 boys, living in Hockessin, DE. We have had an AuPair with us, but she is leaving now, and we are searching for replacement help. Me and my husband are both resident physicians, which means our schedules are always in flux. We are looking for regular childcare (but irregular hours/weekly changing schedule) during the summer while we look for another AuPair! Generally, we are looking for a split schedule-- AM times to help get the kids ready and drive to daycare/camp, and then PM for pickup until mom/dad get home. If you are only available for one half of the day's needs that OK, we would still love to talk as we are looking to be creative to make this all work.
