Responsibilities: Infant care: feedings, naps, developmental play After-school care for our preschooler: outdoor time, crafts, imaginative play Keeping a calm, safe, joyful environment Childrens laundry & organizing child areas Light meal prep (kid meals or simple family prep) What were looking for: Energetic, patient, kind, respectful, and consistent caregiver Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with a parent working from home Someone aligned with our parenting style and approach to guidance Hope to find a caregiver who enjoys understanding behavior, stays patient in big moments, and leads with empathy and respect
