Posting for a family in Washington, DC with a newborn (born late Sept) looking to build a long-term relationship with a part-time nanny/sitter. They need occasional daytime or evening support a few times a month and will always give 1-2 weeks notice. This is ideal for someone who values flexibility and isn't looking for guaranteed weekly hours. Must-haves: Infant experience (bottles, naps, soothing), CPR/First Aid, up-to-date vaccines (TDAP/flu/COVID), excellent communication, reliability, LGBTQ+ friendly. Nice-to-haves: Newborn/doula/ECE experience, familiarity with infant sleep, rare daycare pickups/drop-offs. If this sounds like a fit, could you share your newborn experience, general availability, hourly rate, and certifications? Resume or references welcome!
