Our beloved nanny of 3. 5 years (who helped us through his mother's death) is moving on, and we need someone special. My son has ADHD, autism, and dyslexia. He's bright, imaginative, and deeply loving, but needs patience and calm during dysregulation. He loves gaming, making things, and hands-on projects. Responsibilities: School drop-off/pick-up (vehicle provided), meal prep, organizing activities/appointments, household management (dishes, laundry, grocery shopping, tidying). Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm, plus occasional evenings/weekends and school break coverage. Requirements: Experience with neurodivergent children, knowledge of behavioral strategies (ABA helpful), valid driver's license.
