Infant Caregiver Needed For 3-Month-Old Baby Girl (Downtown DC)

I'm looking for a kind, patient, attentive, and loving caregiver for my baby girl, who will be 3 months old when I return to work. This position will begin around that time, and I'm seeking someone who truly loves caring for infants and is comfortable being hands-on with a little one who loves to be held (she's very much a Velcro baby!). Responsibilities include: • Feeding (bottle feeding) • Changing diapers regularly • Helping with naps • Engaging with her in a loving and stimulating way (talking, singing, tummy time, etc.) • Prioritizing cleanliness and paying close attention to her safety and needs We don't have a strict routine in place yet, so flexibility and patience are important. I take my daughter's health and safety very seriously, so I'm looking for someone who is observant, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ideal candidate: • Loving and nurturing with a calm presence • CPR/First-Aid certified (strongly preferred) • Reliable and punctual • Clean and organized • Comfortable holding and soothing an infant for extended periods Location & Transportation: • We're located in downtown DC, directly accessible by public transit. • If you have your own car, please note that parking is street-only and can be limited. Experience: Your years of experience matter less to me than how you care. I'm simply looking for someone who will treat my daughter with the same love and attentiveness they would give their own child or a loved one.
