Looking for part-time help Fridays (from approximately 9:30-6, a bit flexible) when my parents (ie, the children's grandparents) watch my two kids, ages 6 months and 2. 5 years. The kids are a lot to handle together which is why we're looking for someone to assist my (aging) parents with care. My parents are mostly capable (they've been watching the 2. 5-year-old weekly for the past 2 years) but we think they might be overwhelmed looking after both for the whole day! The older one LOVES being at his grandparents' and they absolutely adore him. He has plenty to do there and has his routines. Grandparents are not used to watching the younger one, who's going through some feeding issues right now and can sometimes be a challenge to keep happy, especially in the afternoon.
