Looking for full-time (40hr/week) caregiver for our sweet boy; flexible on start/end time. Our son has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and has various medical and therapeutic needs. Must have physical ability to lift child (30 lbs) to change, put in equipment, support in sitting, etc. Ideal candidate has prior experience working with children with disabilities or has a background in PT, OT, or speech. At a minimum, must have desire to learn to support child in his daily routine and apply therapy techniques. Responsibilities include giving feeds, giving naps, play/learning activities, implement therapies/techniques (that we'll teach), change diapers, go on walks/explore locally. Higher hourly rate is for those with prior experience/training in either special needs or therapeutic fields.
