Part-Time Afternoon Babysitter/ Mothers Helper Needed Adams Morgan

We are an active family in Adams Morgan in NW DC, looking for a playful, responsible, and energetic part-time babysitter to help care for our two young boys (ages 4 and 2) and occasionally assist with our infant daughter (4 months). This role is a hybrid: some days youll be solo with the boys (particularly during outings), and other times youll support mom with household tasks or watch the baby while she spends time with the older kids. Schedule: -3 days/week, start date flexible-end of Aug/early Sept & able to commit to consistent help through May 2026. -Afternoon start time flexible; example schedule could be Mondays 12:30-5:30 p.m. & Tues/Wedn 2-7 p.m. -Guaranteed up to 15 hours/week, ideally looking for 3 days a week (any days but Friday) but could be flexible for the right fit, ie. do 4 shorter days/overall fewer hours if wanted.
