Nanny Needed For 2 Newborns

We are looking for a nanny for our new born (due for "arrival" in late June) and the baby of another family for a nanny share. We would ideally like to start in mid- August. We had a very good nanny share experience with our first child, which lasted two years and are looking for a similar experience with our second (our former nanny is no longer available, unfortunately). We would like to pay $15 per family (can possibly go up to $17, if the nanny has 10+ years of experience) for 9 hours a day: Ideally 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are looking for a nanny who is very diligent, ethical, honest and has experience caring for new born babies. Our house is very tidy and clean, so we would want similar qualities in the nanny.
