Our daughter has cerebral palsy; she uses a wheelchair and an AAC device to communicate. She also relies on various medical equipment such as a gait trainer, stander, and adaptive bike. She enjoy playing with her toys and has a current obsession with basketball. She is a happy child who loves to have fun, listen to music, and watch videos on her iPad. We are looking for a caregiver who has a lot of energy and is willing to help with some lifting. The ideal candidate would have a funny personality, be silly, enjoy playing with kids, and be comfortable working with special needs children. Our daughter attends ppointments, sometimes we would like the caregiver to accompany us appontments as well. . We would like someone who can participate in her PT, and OT. Job responsibilities include feeding, clothing, toileting, and plalying.
