Nanny Needed For 1 Child In New Haven

Hi, We are a family who are moving from Miami to New Haven in late May. I will be in my pediatric residency training at Yale and my husband will be working from home. We are looking for a warm, loving, active nanny for our 1. 5-year-old daughter. We would really love her to spend time outdoors, read, have free play time and structured sensory activities etc. We do not allow screen time yet. We are looking for someone very warm to join our family, with the energy needed to care for a toddler. I have mainly been with my daughter so far (she has a nanny 2 days/wk), so this is going to be a big transition for both of us. We will likely need someone for 2-3 years, or maybe longer, if we have a second baby in 3 years. We will be in New Haven county (still house hunting). We also have 2 cats. References will be required.
