Recurring Sitter Needed. 4 Kids , 12-16 Yo Including One Special Needs Child Who Gives So Much Back

This job includes care for a special needs child . He is 12, super sweet, and loving . He is autistic, non verbal, and cognitively disabled . He is in therapy most days until 6 or 7 pm, so it's mostly transfer from the school bus to therapy . On Fridays, it will be more hands on with him. We have therapist and a current babysitter who are amazing and willing to train on all things. The other 3 kids range from 12 to 16 and are good students and self sufficient. Care includes carpools, lunch and dinner prep. I would love someone who could do light housework / organizing and some baking . Hours may vary as far as end time but only by 30 minutes. Flexibility to cover half days / school vacation is prefer but not required (ample notice and bonus) My past sitters have stayed for 3+ years .
