Daily (minimal Weekend) Help Needed For Amazing 3yo Boy In West Hartford

Looking for a flexible, loving, and kind nanny with a car who has experience with toddler boys. Our amazing 3yo active, curious, loving boy will be in day care Monday through Friday mornings from 9 a.m. until around 1 p.m. (still working on what daycare and specifics of their hours). For the rest of the times, including the mornings before daycare (starting at 5-6AM) and after daycare (from 1 p.m. to 6-7PM) for at least 8-10hours (but could be more depending on erratic timing at the Hospital), we would need a dedicated, reliable, and extremely flexible nanny. Being able to drive him to and from daycare would also be an expectation during most days. Experience with toddler boys, educational experience in reinforcing school topics or developing enriching activities or just open to hanging outside to expel a lot of energy would be preferable!
