Long Term Babysitter Needed

About the job

I own a farm, and there is some work that I can't do with my little one on my hip. He's 9 months old and a very happy and active baby. I am breastfeeding, so I pop in to feed my little one every 3-4ish hours. I'm typically still on the property. I would like someone very caring ands well as energetic who is willing to both teach and nurture him as he grows. I chose some common time slots when I need help, but the hours I need help differ a bit week to week as well as seasonally. For example, I need 10-20 hours a week of help in Spring while I need closer to full time help in Fall.
