Looking For A Baby Sitter Comfortable With A Newborn To Help With Afternoons And Date Nights!

We are looking to meet a baby sitter to help out with morning/afternoons and date nights as needed. I work from home as an RN so I do not need routine childcare necessarily. Since my schedule is flexible - we are really looking to establish a relationship with a sitter we could call as needed to help with a couple of hours here and there. Also looking for someone who is interested in baby sitting for date nights as needed on weekend evenings.
