I'm a first-time mom working from home and looking for someone caring and dependable to help with my little one--especially during the times I'm in meetings or need to focus on work. I really value someone who is nurturing, attentive, and genuinely enjoys spending time with babies. Since I'm home most of the day, this would be a collaborative and supportive environment--I'm just looking for an extra set of hands and someone I can trust to care for my baby while I handle work responsibilities.
