Need Help For 5 Day Overnight Work Trip

Hello, I have a 12-year-old son and work remotely. Four to five times a year, I have work related trips that require me to travel for 3 to 5 days. I am looking for someone who can come to stay at my home overnight during these trips to take care of my son. This person would need to be at my home from 4:30 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Your days would be free since he is at school. You'd need to handle dinner and breakfast before he leaves for school but no house work is required. I live in a nice neighborhood in a 4-bedroom home in Norwalk, CT. My next trip is the week of May 20th. Rather than $/hr I'd pay a flat rate. My son is very mannerable and self-sufficient.
