Nanny For 5 Month Old With Hearing Loss (4 Days/Week)

We're looking for a kind, reliable caregiver to care for our 5-month-old son four days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (hours are flexible). Our son was recently diagnosed with profound hearing loss, so experience with or knowledge of ASL is strongly preferred. We'd love someone who can incorporate signing into daily activities such as feeding, playtime, and naptime. My husband and I work from home and can assist with feeds as needed, but we're looking for someone who can help maintain his daily schedule and provide attentive, nurturing care.
