Looking For Consistent Nanny For Our 2 Kids!

Hi everyone! We're looking for a nanny for our 2 kids Aged 3 and 21 months. We are looking for someone that wants to commit to a serious family looking to add a consistent long term nanny. We want our kids to have a reliable and stable other adult in their lives to care for them. We live in a very safe cute neighborhood, and don't have any pets. We'd like to find a nanny who will plan activities and games in home to entertain, teach and engage our kids. Responsibilities include: planning in home activities, basic meal prep for kids lunches or snacks or breakfast, diaper and clothing changes, and light laundry for the kids. Must have reliable transportation and non-smoking. Hours are 8:30-2 p.m. Monday-Friday. There is some slight flexibility week to week, but I can explain the logistics behind this a little more.
